Issue Rationale for bids to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy 

a.  Contract Services For Electrical Construction – County Wide Bid #16-F-224 - Bid established for the purchase of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform electrical construction that includes installation, repair, and connection for existing and/or new construction and relocatable classrooms at a firm fixed price for Part A and the installation of one (1) Enhanced Classroom Outlet at a firm fixe price for Part B on School Board Property County Wide. Fifteen (15) bids solicited, advertised in the Clay Today Newspaper, plus listed on our web site for download. Four (4) bids were received. The vendors awarded are the four (4) lowest bidding responsive and responsible qualified licensed contractors meeting specifications. Contract Period is June 17, 2016 through June 30, 2019 and may be renewed for one (1) additional (3) year period.
